I.M. Cooling Tower, Belgium

It was one of the largest coal-burning power plants in Belgium when it was built, back in 1921. Studies found, in the early 2000s, that this plant was responsible for almost 10% of Belgian CO2 Emissions, so it closed down in 2007.
